The loving Universe bestows upon you great help in the form of three holy and powerful blessings to assist you on your journey home. These three blessings are grace, guidance, and gifts. These blessings act as your inner compass, your guiding light, and your inner resources as your soul finds its way back to Source.
What Is Grace?
The first blessing is grace. Grace is the God-given gift of divine support to help us rise above our human frailties and limitations. It is the equivalent of receiving from our great Creator a booster shot of “can-do” energy that mercifully frees us from our own self-created limitations and delivers us from the dramas and miseries we’ve created or face, and returns us to the path of healing and spiritual progress.
Grace is the holy force that pulls us out of internal and external chaos, breaks us out of soul stagnation, illuminates our blind spots, gives us the power and strength to overcome pain, struggle, and dark nights of the soul, and keeps us moving toward our true nature as Spirit walking in God’s holy light.
The Holy Spirit bestows Grace upon us all the time, but especially when we ask for it directly through prayer. As we increase our need for and awareness of God’s grace in our lives, and dedicate ourselves to spreading God’s grace wherever we go, the grace we receive is increased exponentially. With grace abounding in our lives, it becomes ever easier to connect with our Spirit, calm and advance our soul, quiet the ego, and flow in life as a Divine Being and child of light, as opposed to living as a confused and lost soul who struggles in the world.
What Is Guidance?
The second blessing that our all-loving Creator bestows upon us is guidance. We each have an internal energetic compass, known as intuition (meaning “inner teacher”), that is there to guide us moment by moment, day by day, to stay the course of our highest good and steer us toward full authenticity, wholeness, and inner peace. Intuition is the subtle, ever-present vibrational force that leads us toward that which most supports our soul’s growth and away from that which will hinder it.
Guidance leads us to greater creativity and capacity to love, and away from fear and destruction. Connecting with our inner guidance is essential to successfully connecting with our Spirit and living in our full authentic power as holy, empowered, co-creative beings.
What Are Your Gifts?
The third blessing bestowed upon us from the Holy Mother-Father God, Source of all life, is that of gifts. Gifts show up in our lives in four ways. The first way is that our loving Creator bestows certain gifts upon us. These are the strengths, talents, and virtues that we are personally endowed with when we are born and that we can develop in order to contribute to life as we grow. Using our gifts helps the world become a better, more loved, more beautiful, peaceful place, and that ultimately is our soul’s purpose. The gifts we possess are said to be 1,000 in number, according to some Hindu traditions. I’m not certain whether this is true, but I do know that once we start to look for our gifts, we begin to recognize that we possess and experience far more gifts than we are generally aware of. We simply have to search a little deeper to find some of them.
Other people also shower gifts upon us. These gifts come in the way of assistance, contribution, support, and even, at times, aggravation and upset. No matter how these gifts show up when delivered by others, we can measurably see how these gifts have undeniably furthered our life.
The third way that gifts show up in our lives is directly from the Creator. These gifts are provided in the form of synchronicities, wonderful surprises, unexpected positive turns of events, and what the unconscious among us call “luck.”
Finally, gifts also show up in our lives through our giving to others. When we extend ourselves by sharing our hearts and helping those around us, especially when we have no motive other than to be supportive, we receive gifts and blessings from those acts.
God sends us so many gifts every day that it is overwhelming, and as with noticing stars in the sky, once you begin to notice all the gifts in your life, the more you will see right before your eyes. And with gifts from God, just like discovering the stars in the sky, the more you notice their presence, the more you will realize that they were there all along.
