She has been a contributing writer to Elle, Self, and Women’s Sports and Fitness; and was a regular contributor to MSNBC.com and a columnist for the Los Angeles Daily News. Kaehler is the leading health-and-fitness spokesperson for USANA and creator of Sunday Set-Up™. In 2008, Kathy was inducted into the National Fitness Hall of Fame.
