I read once or twice a day from my book Heart Thoughts. It’s one of my favorite books. You don’t have to read the whole book. Once or twice a day, just pick it up and see what message it has for you. And if you get the same message several days in a row, you’ll know that the message is very important for you.

Here is a Heart Thought I’d like to share with you today:

Each experience is a stepping-stone in life, including any so-called “mistakes.” Love yourself for all your mistakes. They have been very valuable to you. They have taught you many things. It is the way you learn. Be willing to stop punishing yourself for your mistakes. Love yourself for your willingness to learn and grow.

Oh, Oh, OH, that is sooo appropriate to share with my inmates at a local county jail. I volunteer once a week to help put on a Christian-based 12-step program to combat the "hurts, habits, and hangups" life presents. Many of these guys feel they ARE their mistakes. The Heart Thought above can help bring them freedom. Thank you.

Definitely a valuable life lesson; we are who we are because of the mistakes we've made and the lessons we've learned. You've taught me to let go of any anger, bitterness or sadness related to my past and see it for what it is....a step on my path. I love you, Louise! <3

Hi Louise!!! Have loved and read you for a few years now. Time goes so quickly that I often forget to remember. Einstein said time doesn't exist, and who am I to argue him?!? Many hugs to you and all you've done for so many.
