Let Forgiveness In

What a delightful time I had with my dear friends Joan Borysenko and Robin Casarjian during an online workshop on HayHouseRadio.com! We got together to discuss forgiveness. Joan is one of our wonderful Hay House authors who has written several books on this subject. And Robin is the founder of The Lionheart Foundation, where she teaches forgiveness and healing in prisons around the country.

When I say we got together, it was through the magic of Hay House Radio. I was sitting in the Hay House Radio booth at our Carlsbad office. Joan was at her home in Boulder, and Robin was all the way over in Boston. What a treat for us to be in three different places at once and be able to talk as if we were in my living room.

As we started the show, we realized after the first few minutes that Joan had some technical difficulty and couldn’t hear my voice. This is how the Universe works. It reminds us that life loves us and it teaches us how to forgive the radio equipment and handle life’s little snafus with confidence.

A big part of healing our lives has to do with forgiveness. Remember the door of your heart always opens inward. You have to let forgiveness in. You have to be willing to love yourself no matter what.

Let’s affirm: Love heals me. I center my thoughts on love and forgiveness, for myself and others.

When you take this course hosted by Joan and Robin—Forgiveness: An Essential Component in Health and Healing, a portion of the proceeds will go to The Lionheart Foundation, which provides emotional healing programs for prison inmates and at-risk youth.

I just want to thank you so much for my free copy of Wayne Dyer's book "Power on Intention" I feel very honored to have been chosen from the contest. I believe there is always a reason why I have been chosen and I try to be guided by the messages in the book to become a better person. I love you all very much.

Thank you Louise for your thoughts on this important topic. To forgive and to forget has been one of the most liberating habits that I have ever developed. The grandeur of it is as simple as the words reveal. Forgiving is for giving you peace of mind. And forgetting is for getting a life that is filled with peace of heart.

Forgiveness is really the only way forward in our spiritual development and one of the hardest things to do.

Forgiveness gives you the most freeing and uplifting feeling....I will continue to forgive daily and pray for those who are insecure and lack self-love. I have moved on a long time ago.....I just wish that others could too.

I was taken aback by a recent conversation I had with my 90 year old mother. With three words, my resentment over a certain issue was gone. It's this unexpected wonderful gift of peace. I wrote about it on my blog because I had to share it. All I can add is that I didn't know how good this could feel.
