What Is The Law Of Attraction?
The Law of Attraction states: That which is like unto itself, is drawn. To understand the law of attraction more fully, you must first recognize the Law of Vibration. Everything is energy. All matter, all things, all creation is ever flowing vibrational energy. Therefore, the energy, or vibrational frequency you emit, will be an exact match to what will manifest in your life.
As you begin to understand—or better stated, as you begin to remember—this powerful Law of Attraction, the evidence of it that surrounds you will be easily apparent, for you will begin to recognize the exact correlation between what you have been thinking about and what is actually coming into your experience. Nothing merely shows up in your experience. You attract it—all of it. No exceptions.
How The Law Of Attraction Works
You create your own reality. More specifically, you attract that which you think about most. This is why being aware of what you are thinking is crucial in creating a life you want. This doesn’t mean that any negative thought you have will pop into being. We’re humans, and we all have negative thoughts. The trick is observing where your attention goes. In other words, have a negative thought, just don’t build a bed in the dungeon and dwell there.
If you are unconsciously immersed in negative thoughts and you “want” happiness, joy and contentment, there is a battle going on between what you are thinking and what you are wanting which prevents anything from happening. You are stuck. You invite unwanted things into your life through your attention to them, and most often, without being aware of what you are doing. While you may not be aware of the effect of the Law of Attraction on your life, its power is evident in every aspect of your life experience.
Once you understand this Law and begin to pay attention to what you are giving your attention to, you will regain control of your own life experience. There is nothing that you desire that you cannot achieve, and there is nothing that you do not want that you cannot release from your experience.
Feel What You Want To Manifest
Rather than trying to monitor your thoughts, we encourage you to simply pay attention to how you are feeling. When you are giving thought in a direction of something that you want, you will feel positive emotion. When you are giving thought in the direction of what you do not want, you will feel negative emotion. Paying attention to feelings will more easily help you know that which you want and that which you do not want.
How To Use The Law Of Attraction Today
Everything you see and everyone you know is offering vibrational signals, and those signals must match before attraction can take place. So even in a situation where people seem to be different, there must be a dominant basis of vibrational similarity for them to be together. For example, if you want to attract a mate who is kind, loving, attentive, and healthy, you must first foster those traits in yourself in order to attract that partner to you.
Deliberately create your own reality by declaring what you want. Imagine the life you want and feel the emotions of having everything you desire right now. Write it on paper. Post pictures on your wall (both real and social media walls). And don’t skimp on imagination. Remember, the mind can’t decipher between real or imagined. Picture the life you want and act as if you are already living it, and see what manifests for you. Now go manifest the life of your dreams!
