Do you need help with weight loss, depression, skin problems, fatigue, or pain reduction? Then you may want to turn to the bottle—a juice bottle, that is!

Fresh (mainly green) juices detoxify, alkalize, and invigorate the body, as well as cleanse the blood. Notice how fresh and clean the air is after a gentle rain? That’s nature at work—cleansing and renewing.  You can experience that same feeling after going on a juice cleanse. You’ll be refreshed, energized, and look absolutely vibrant.

Before you start a cleanse you need to cut down on junk and processed food. Then after completing the cleanse, slowly add solid foods, consuming fresh soups to break your cleanse. Don’t just gorge because you haven’t eaten. Before any cleanse, consult with an experienced health professional.

If you wish to try a mini-cleanse, you’ll need to eliminate or cut down on sugar, and drink more purified water along with fresh, organic fruit and vegetables juices. Note: bottled, pasteurized fruit juices can be high in sugar and aren’t recommended.

I’m astounded to witness how people on a juice cleanse transform in such a short time. They’re calmer, thinner, and look radiant.

Will You Gain The Weight Back?

A cleanse doesn’t guarantee a “get out of jail free” card. If you cleanse just to quickly fit into those new skinny jeans, then go back to your old eating habits; you’ll be back in your old big jeans in no time. A cleanse can jumpstart healthy eating, which if continued, can lead to a lasting weight loss.

I’ve completed two cleanses and both times I felt calm, yet I had increased energy and mental clarity. It was a profound, enlightening experience. On the fourth day of the cleanse, I accomplished more in that one day than I did in weeks. Flooding myself with nourishment felt so-o good and made a positive difference in my body, moods, energy, and concentration.

Digestion takes a lot of energy.  A juice cleanse will give your body a mini vacation from digesting to heal yourself instead.
