How Do You Begin a Conversation?

Hello Dear Ones,

Do you always begin a conversation with a complaint? Do you surround yourself with people that do? Begin to notice what is going on in you and with other people. Most people are so unaware of what they say and have no idea how they attract experiences. If you want to have a lot to complain about, just keep complaining and more unpleasant experiences will come to you.

If you discover you are a complainer then make an effort to stop. When you are talking to other people, begin your conversation with a positive statement: It’s a great day. Oh, how lovely you look. I woke up feeling terrific today. I am so grateful to see you. Start your conversations with something that makes the other person feel good. That way, you get to feel good, too.

Observe your own thoughts. If they are positive, they immediately express gratitude and appreciation for something. The more grateful you are, the better the experiences you will attract.

Affirm: I am in charge of the thoughts I choose to think. I choose joy as often as possible.

All is well!

Louise
