How to Lose Weight for Good!

For many women, losing weight has been a lifelong challenge-low-fat and high carb, or high carb and no fat - no wonder women get confused and frustrated! So many women tell me that they exercise every day, count calories and do everything right, yet they are struggling to reach a healthy weight. So, what is the answer? 

Discovering how you can lose weight is as individual as you are! When your biochemistry and metabolism are in good working order and your core physiology and emotional health are balanced, your body can reach its natural optimal weight. Over the years, I’ve identified six major biochemical imbalances that seriously impede weight loss.


These are: 

  • Digestive imbalance
  • Hormonal imbalance
  • Adrenal imbalance
  • Neurotransmitter imbalance
  • Inflammatory imbalance
  • Detoxification imbalance

All of these imbalances can be strong obstacles to weight loss no matter how few calories you consume.  Eating the right foods for you is the answer! Women who have followed my program are seeing amazing results – not only are they losing weight, but they are feeling better! Many report increased energy, the ability to fall asleep, stay asleep and wake refreshed, and an increased zest for life which they had lost.

Women today live such busy lives. Many skip breakfast, eat lunch on the run and have whatever is convenient or fastest for dinner. Many feel that following a ‘diet’ is too difficult. It doesn’t have to be! You just have to understand which foods are right for you.  Meals can be fast and easy to prepare…and you can still visit your favorite restaurant.

It does all come down to the foods you eat - what I can tell you is that the food you eat talks to your genes and your jeans. Food not only impacts your waistline but actually impacts your body’s ability to heal and stay healthy. The exciting thing is that when you change the way you eat, you begin to change your health for the better!
