Intuition – Your Superpower for Work, Home and Health
Turn Down The Noise And Tune InIntuition – it’s not just for Psychics anymore! I’ve spent over 30 years tuning into the energy of other people (living and dead) as well as strengthening the connection to my own soul, and that awareness has served me well in every single area of my life.
Often students ask “Why would I want to develop my psychic and mediumistic ability when I don’t plan to make a living with it?” My answer is simple – You might not be able to predict the exact path Spirit has chosen for you, but when you’re aware, mindful and trust your intuition, you’ll stay on track to live your very best life.
A finely tuned intuitive sense is like having a life coach with you 24/7 - one who knows exactly what’s right for you, and has only your best interests at heart.
Turn down the noise, and tune into the truth.
When can your intuition help you? Every day, you’re faced with a series of choices. Most are small and go by so fast you might not even be aware of them, but each decision is a step in your journey (too many wrong steps and you might find yourself completely off course.)
What you decide can be influenced by your own self-talk – conscious and unconscious - what others expect of you, the habit of politeness, fear and insecurity, the desire to be liked, old patterns and beliefs. All these influences and filters create noise that can drown out your truth.
Train yourself to pause for an instant. Be still and let the noise fade, and you’ll be able to tap into your souls voice – that inner knowing that will help you make the right choice, every time.
"You must train your intuition - you must trust the small voice inside you, which tells you exactly what to say, what to decide." – Ingrid Bergman
Intuition will help you to:
- Make the right career choices
When you’re faced with a decision related to education or career, it’s easy to let other people’s judgment influence you. Before you make a move, first ask yourself, “What would I do if I wasn’t worried about anyone else’s approval?” Visualize yourself actually setting those concerns to the side and letting your intuition guide you. Remember, self-care starts when live your own life – not the life others expect you to lead.
- Spend your energy on the right people
When it comes to relationships, do you find yourself repeating the same old patterns and mistakes? Use your intuition to break the cycle! When you meet someone new, take a moment to tune into their energy. Be aware of any red flags. If you are on a first date, making a new friend or interviewing a prospective employee, don’t make excuses or discount what your gut tells you. You’re probably familiar with Maya Angelou’s famous quote “When people show you who they are, believe them.” The world is full of wonderful people – use your intuition and avoid wasting time and energy on the toxic ones.
- Take care of your emotional, physical and spiritual health
Nobody knows what you need better than you – and your intuition. Do you have a sense or desire that you keep pushing to the side? Your intuition might be telling you that you need to see a doctor, or that you’re ready for a vacation. You might be longing to spend time with an old friend or an elderly relative. There’s a reason that you’re getting nudged in that direction, so practice self-care by listening to your inner voice – chances are, you’ll be glad that you did.
- Avoid minor accidents and inconveniences
How often, when driving, have you been about to change lanes but had the sense that there was another car in your path – before you actually saw it. That’s your intuition at work, protecting you, so help it along. Slow down, practice mindfulness and awareness and listen when your inner voice says “watch out!”
It’s easy to strengthen your intuition
You were born with natural intuitive ability, but with mindfulness, meditation and awareness you can amplify your gift. Take the time to develop this powerful tool. It is like having a secret power, and in time, and with practice, you will learn to trust it more and more.
