The moment I read the headline that Robin Williams had died, I felt like a knife had pierced through my heart. Although I didn’t know him personally, I fell in love with him through the many lovable characters he portrayed, such as: Dr Malcolm Sayer in “Awakenings,” Dr Chris Nielsen in “What Dreams May Come,” and Patch Adams in “Patch Adams.” Like millions of others around the world, I had a special place in my heart for Robin and considered him to be one of my favorite actors of all time.

Sure he was funny and one of the greatest comedic geniuses of our time – but Robin was so much more than that. He was so much deeper, warmer, and kinder than your everyday Hollywood blockbuster comedian. He oozed a genuine kindness and compassion that attracted (and connected with) so many of us on a deep, emotional level. Robin opened hearts and raised the collective consciousness of Planet Earth through happiness, laughter and joy.

So why was Robin so loved and adored by millions? What gave him that “special something” that touched so many hearts? Why was he one of the most talented comedians of our time, yet able to play powerful dramatic roles that delivered meaningful messages to humanity in such a believable and convincing way? In my opinion it was because Robin was a “Master Number 11/2 Soul” who genuinely believed in the positive messages his characters were portraying. He genuinely cared for the world and he genuinely cared for others. Those who knew him personally openly speak of his gigantic and generous, open, loving heart.

With a “Master Number 11/2 Soul Number” (calculated from the vowels in his birth certificate name “Robin McLaurin Williams”), Robin was an evolved soul and his heart’s desire and soul mission in this life was to uplift, empower and inspire others.  Whether he raised the vibration of the planet through humor or by opening hearts through stories of self-empowerment and compassion, I think we can all agree he definitely fulfilled his mission in this life!

Sadly, as stated in my book (The Numerology Guidebook), there are many challenges a Master Number must face and overcome in this life. As they are vibrating at a highly-tuned, sensitive and delicate frequency, they are often prone to addiction, anxiety, depression and other health related issues.  Being of such a sensitive disposition, on top of their own personal struggles, they can easily absorb the energy of others as well as the collective energy of the planet itself. Every Master Number’s journey is different and some are stronger than others, but one thing they all have in common is the ability to become a master at something and make a major difference in the world.

Even though his name “Robin Williams,” his “day” of birth (the 21st) and his “3 Maturity Number” gave him three number 3’s in his numerology chart, which funnily enough happens to be the number of the comedian, actor, artist and entertainer … and even though his 8 Life Path (the total of his birthdate 7-21-1951) forced him to learn about making (and losing) money in this life, which contributed to his depression … it was his “Master 11/2 Soul Number” that revealed the true heart and soul of who Robin Williams “really” was. Sure he had the world in fits of laughter for the majority of this career, but what we’ll remember the most is his gigantic and generous, open, loving heart. Rest in peace, Robin Williams. Thank you so much for making a difference in this world.
