It’s that time of year…..

It’s springtime—the period of reawakening. It’s also about 12 weeks since the date that many women made resolutions to “lose weight,” “eat well,” or “be healthy.”  And this is a time when many women talk with me about feeling defeated, disillusioned and unhappy.

Many of them have been counting calories, staying away from carbohydrates, exercising, and measuring and weighing every morsel. And many have not shed a pound. The scale isn’t moving, their energy hasn’t increased and their jeans are still tight. No wonder these women are feeling defeated!  Many have done everything “right”! So, what’s the problem?

Weight loss isn’t as simple as weighing and measuring or running today and weight-lifting tomorrow. Weight gain can be caused by different factors – food sensitivities, hormone imbalance, digestive issues, adrenal imbalances, or detoxification issues. Identifying your obstacle to weight loss is the first step toward a successful weight loss program!
